What started as a fundraiser for our son, Sol, has grown into a movement.

Over 300 people have joined us across Texas to move, breathe, dance, and stand with Sol as we continue fundraising for his life-changing stem cell treatment. Every event is an opportunity to care for your own well-being while helping change the future for another family.

This year's theme, Wellness con Sazón, is inspired by my Puerto Rican roots. Growing up, music, family, and food were how we celebrated life—even through difficult seasons. I wanted every Heart + Sol experience to carry that same spirit of joy, resilience, and connection.

Whether you're flowing through Pilates, experiencing immersive breathwork with silent headphones, supporting local vendors, or dancing with new friends, you'll quickly realize this is about so much more than wellness.
