Come move, breathe, shop, and connect at the Heart and Sol Tour — a 3-city experience blending movement medicine, community, and purpose.

Last year, over 300 people were part of this experience. Together, we raised critical funds for Sol’s treatment and witnessed what happens when a community comes together with intention.
