Join us for Work Heart | Play Heart - The Mini Retreat to reconnect with your true, heart-centered nature and honor your inner self.
This day-long retreat will reset your soul and awaken your sacred connection to your heart-mind-body through the power of heart-coherence, which we will practice through breath work, meditation, plant medicine (ceremonial grade cacao), movement, and communion with other diosas, or goddesses.
